We describe the first instance of dTMS application using H7 coil in an adolescent for childhood-onset OCD to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dTMS as an add-on treatment leading to the rapid and significant clinical improvement shown after 10 sessions in a patient with treatment-resistant OCD which was well tolerated; furthermore, the clinical benefits were sustained during a short-term follow-up in one month. dTMS with the H7 over the mPFC-ACC was found to be a safe and effective treatment.
