Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Aron Tendler has served as Chief Medical Officer since October 2015.
Aron brings years of experience in the treatment of mental disorders as a psychiatrist. From 2002-2004, he trained at Tulane University (New Orleans, LA) in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry followed by two years at the University of Chicago in General Psychiatry, where he was chief resident of the consultation liaison service and course director for psychosomatic medicine.
In 2006, Aron established Advanced Mental Health Care Inc. in Palm Beach County, Florida, which has since served over 4,000 patients. Currently, he has three clinical research sites studying the efficacy of Deep TMS™ for bipolar depression, smoking cessation, PTSD, and OCD. Aron began using TMS clinically in 2009 for a variety of psychiatric and neurological conditions, and his research sites participated in the clinical trials that led to BrainsWay’s FDA clearances.
Aron graduated in 2002 from State University of New York Downstate Medical School (Brooklyn, NY) with a distinction in research. He is Board Certified in General Psychiatry, Sleep Medicine, and Obesity Medicine.
