- Represents medical device manufacturing company by screening incoming telephone calls; recording and transmitting messages; and greeting visitors
- Educates patients about the company's treatment and refers them to clinics; Follow up with the patients to ensure that they have contacted the clinic. Maintains records of patients' calls.
- Ensures team productivity by maintaining calendars; scheduling appointments; professional meetings, conferences; teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepares operational notes, manuscripts and correspondence; planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling projects.
- Provides historical references by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; maintaining patient records; recording meeting discussions.
- Secures information by completing database back-ups.
- Complies with patient and operational confidentiality procedures.
- Maintains office supplies inventory including placing and expediting orders and verifying receipts.
- Ensures proper function of office equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs.
- Ensures quality results by following and enforcing standards.
- Serves and protects the health care community by adhering to professional standards, federal, state, and local requirements, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards.
- Consistently participates in educational opportunities including reading professional documents and publications.
- Enhances the company office reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- General office experience required, experience with ERP preferred.
- Must be able to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel.
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
