Agreement Signed to Market the Deep TMS Device in Italy

Brainsway Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that yesterday, June 16th 2009, it signed a binding agreement with Advanced Technologies Innovation Distribution SRL ("ATID") - based on the memorandum of understanding signed with ATID and reported on 30 April 2009 - whereby ATID is granted exclusive rights to market and promote sales of the Company's Deep TMS device (the "Device") in Italy for 10 years, under the terms of the agreement.

The Company is expected to start supplying Devices over the near months.
